PLC System

The PLC System programming area gives access for the user for the AC500 PLC programming environment from ABB. The application is connected to a simulation test-bed, allowing users to see in real time the feedback of the process.

Here the user can find applications for:

  • controlling the application pilot plant over six degrees of freedom
  • implementing and testing the interfaces for intelligent netrosophic control
  • implementing and testing interfaces for extended control
  • hibrid dynamic control of force and position usind neural networks

The PLC will send, in real time, the reference angular position for the PID position regulator implemented in PLC. The applications will compute the transformation matrices, providing a result in the final coordinates of the robot.

The user will have access to existing applications, and will have the possibility to adjust the algorithms and/or the execution parameters according to specific characteristics. All developed applications can be saved for future acces and use.
